2025 Leadership Institute – Summit #35/14/20255/15/2025All Day
Summit #3 will be held at LeadingAge member provider Cheney Care Center in Cheney, Washington. The 27 Fellows will engage in an intensive two-day workshop focused on Relationship Management. During this immersive experience, participants will delve into effective strategies for building and maintaining strong professional connections, explore techniques for navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, and develop essential skills for fostering trust and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. This workshop aims to equip Fellows with the tools necessary to excel in today’s interconnected business environment.
