Driving 5-Star & Requirements of Participation (RoP) Through a QAPI Approach

Nursing Homes: Administrators; Director of Nursing; Director of Social Services; Director of Activities; Director of Rehabilitation Services; Staff Development and Social Worker Professionals. (staff involved with quality improvement or the new nursing home rule)

“Driving 5-Star & RoP Implementation through a QAPI approach” focuses on guiding 5-Star performance and helping communities understand the components of the 5-star rating system through application of QAPI principles, while incorporating the new RoPs relevant to each topic. We begin the series with a 2-Part session focused on a review of the Phase 2 requirements, and provide guidance on actions required to achieve compliance in these areas. Series topics were devised from a survey on SNF provider interests distributed across multiple states.
