LTC Employee Compensation Survey (Salary Survey)
The Long Term Services Compensation Survey is an excellent tool to assist you in your compensation management. The results of this survey are reported based on facility type, operating budget size, and geographic region.
LeadingAge Washington looks for ways to provide you as many tools as possible to make informed decisions regarding your operations.
As you know, the “Salary Survey” as many call it, is an important tool for all of our members. We urge those that have not sent in responses and those that have not participated in the past to do so now.
We understand that inputting data into a salary survey takes time. As a participant, you will receive the report of the survey results at the discounted price of $150 ($300 value).
You’ll find additional details in the linked Salary Survey Questionnaire 2017. The participation/order from is included in this document. The document has been re-designed to allow computer entry of your responses. For those of you who are comfortable with email, you have the option to submit your responses that way but it is best if you save your document as a PDF before sending in. Snail mail works as well.
You’ll find the document has a new navigation feature on page 3 that allows you to navigate only to the classifications that pertain to you. While we have worked hard to ensure that this works properly, please report if you find any links that do not work.
